Ferdowsi school is proud to announce its nineteenth academic year at its new location in the Greek Orthodox Church in Brookville, N.Y.
The school's mission is to promote the Persian language and the rich Iranian culture to the new Iranian generation with the help of experienced teachers. Currently the school has 34 enrolled students from kindergarten through advanced classes.
Ferdowsi School also offers extra curricular classes in painting, dance, and Varzesh Bastani. Children also learn about the Iranian celebrations of Mehregan, Yalda, and Nowruz.
